Golf Strength & Conditioning Pathway

Below is the step-by-step pathway every golfer on our program follows, whether your a Pro or recreational player, everyone gets the same standard of assessment and coaching.

Step 1 - PGA Pro Swing Assessment

We start from the ball flight and swing assessment (CHS + swing faults) and work backwards to determine an individualised program.

Step 2 - High Tech Physical Profiling & Performance Measures

Using force plates we can accuratley measure your strength (peak force) and through a jump test, the amount of power (impulse) you can produce. We also look at rotational power, grip strength and various mobility assessments that are particular to your swing. This gives us a baseline.

6-12 Week Strength & Conditioning Program

Based on your physical profiling performance and personal Needs Ananysis, we determine your level of training experience and write an individualised program to improve your physical outputs and CHS.

Premium 1-1 Coaching: In-Person and Online

The performance program is delivered in a hybrid fashion: some in-person sessions and online programming and support.

24/7 access is available and remote check-ins provide flexibility to complete the program, with enough support and accountability to get the job done.
