Speak to Joe by phone or by email, our AI assistant can get you booked in for a call and/or a free trial. Have a trial session first to make sure we are what you're looking for. Then we agree on once or twice per week, days and times.
We can do both and move between the two depending on weather. We prefer outdoor spaces which can accommodate more people and equipment. It also gives us the fresh air which is great for your employees. Indoors can work as well
Good question, and this is the way we approach it. Unless it is torrential or a storm, we will continue outside as planned. In every group there are people who don't mind the rain and some who run away in fear of a drop. Unfortunately we can't be as reactive as that and in this country we have to accept some showers now and again. We can accept 2-4hrs notice on the day to either cancel or make alternative arrangements (like going indoors). Any cancelled sessions due to severe weather (not drizzles) can be rolled over.
